How would I know if I have a Panic Attack?

Most of the time, we may not be able to conclude if we have a panic attack. There may be a feeling of lightheadedness; your heart will start pounding, pain in the chest, and falling short of breath. Overall, this may even be misjudged as having a heart attack. People who already have heart disease may not be that lucky when they face such symptoms. It can also be a case of cardiac arrest.
